CUSTOMER NOTICE: TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF SBM BANK BRANCHES ON 01-12-18 AND 02-12-2018

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Subsequent to the acquisition of the carved out business from former Chase Bank (under receivership) on 18-Aug-2018; we are integrating our core banking systems to enable you to enjoy a convenient banking experience and a wider range of products and services. 

Kindly note that we shall be carrying out the final steps of a scheduled core banking system integration this weekend. Accordingly, all our branches temporarily remain closed for two days i.e Saturday, 1st December and Sunday 2nd December 2018. Full banking operations resume on Monday 3rd Dec 2018, at their respective banking hours.  

During this time, you can still access banking services through our mobile and internet banking channels, or use your VISA debit, prepaid and credit card at any VISA branded outlet or ATM to withdraw.
