• Deed of rental assignment
• County Government approval
• NEMA approvals
• Contractor’s profile, insurance current license
• Contractor insurance
• NCA permit
• Tax returns

In addition, for foreigners:

• Signed Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (Kenyans living in US and US Citizens) / Common Reporting Standard forms (Kenyans living abroad and foreigners)
• Your visa/work permit/alien certificate
