How can we assist you today?

Can I repay early, for example, as soon as I receive my salary?

Yes. Simply log in to the Mfukoni app, select "Salary Advance > Repay Loan", choose your source account, enter the repayment amount, and submit.

Can I repay through M-PESA?

Direct repayment through M-PESA is not available. However, you can deposit funds into your salary account via M-PESA Paybill 552800 and then use the Mfukoni "Repay Loan" function to complete the repayment.

Will I receive repayment reminders?

SBM Bank will send SMS and email reminders to help you plan and ensure timely repayment.

Why is my eligible loan amount different from my estimated net salary?

SBM Bank automatically evaluates your banking activities and existing loan obligations to determine your loan limit. If you have questions, please contact your Relationship Manager, branch, or the Contact Center.

I receive my salary at SBM Bank, but Mfukoni says I do not qualify. Why?

There may be various reasons why you do not qualify. Please refer to Question 2 or contact SBM Bank for further clarification.

How can log a complaint pertaining to my salary advance application or status?

You can reach out to your relationship manager, branch, SBM Bank contact center or your nearest SBM Bank branches.
